- Use the search bar to find “GetYourGuide”.
- Click “Enable” to initiate the connection.

Step 3: Enter Your GYG Supplier ID
On the GetYourGuide page:
- Locate Step 1: Enter your GetYourGuide Supplier ID
- Enter your GetYourGuide Supplier ID (you can find this ID in your GYG supplier account).

Step 4: Submit Your Request
After entering your supplier ID:
- Proceed to Step 2: Request GetYourGuide Products CSV File.
- Click “Request OTA CSV” to submit your request.
- You will receive a confirmation on-screen acknowledgment of your submission.

Step 5: Receive the GYG Product CSV File
Once your request is submitted:
- The GetYourGuide product CSV file will be sent to your supplier contact email registered with ExperienceBank.
- This process typically takes 1-2 working days.
Step 6: Import the GYG Product CSV File into ExperienceBank
After receiving the CSV file:
- Import it into ExperienceBank.
- Begin the GetYourGuide product mapping process.

Important Considerations
- Ensure you have a valid reason for requesting the GYG product CSV file.
- Processing time may take up to 1-2 working days, so please allow sufficient time.
