How to Refresh availability of your Viator Products

This step-by-step guide explains how to manually refresh your Viator product availability from your Viator supplier account.


Step 1: Log in to Your Viator Supplier Account

  1. Go to the Viator Connectivity page: Viator Supplier Login.
  2. Enter your Viator credentials and log in to your account.

Step 2: Refresh Availability of your product

    1. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Connectivity section.
    2. Locate the Availability refresh option.
    3. Click the Refresh button next to it.
    4. A confirmation message will appear:

    “The availability refresh has been scheduled successfully. It may take a few minutes to complete.”


When Should You Refresh Availability on Viator?

You may need to refresh your availability manually in the following cases:

1. Availability Display Issues 

  • If your availability appears correct in the ExperienceBank calendar but is not updated on Viator, it is likely due to a cache delay. Viator maintains its own cached availability data, which may not always update automatically. Using the Refresh Availability button forces an immediate update.. 

2. Instant Availability Updates

  • If you’ve recently added new availability in your Booking systemExperienceBank and want to push the update to Viator immediately, use the Refresh Availability button. Otherwise, Viator updates availability based on its own predefined schedule.
  • By following these steps, you can ensure your product availability on Viator is always accurate and up to date.
