How to Download the Viator Product CSV file


This step-by-step guide explains how to download the Viator Products CSV file from your Viator account. This file is essential for mapping your Viator products to ExperienceBank.


Step 1: Log in to Your Viator Supplier Account

  1. Go to the Viator Connectivity page: Viator Supplier Login.
  2. Enter your Viator credentials and log in to your account.

Step 2: Download the Viator Products CSV F

  1. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Connectivity section.
  2. Locate the Download Product as CSV option.
  3. Click the Download button next to it.
  4. The CSV file will start downloading automatically to your system.

You can now use this file to import your Viator products into ExperienceBank for mapping or updates.


When Do You Need to Download a Viator Products CSV File?

You need to download  and import the Viator CSV file in the following cases:

1. Initial Mapping

  • If you are mapping your Viator products to ExperienceBank for the first time.

2. Adding a New Product

  • When you create a new product in Viator and need to map it in ExperienceBank.

3. Updating Start Times

  • If you add new start times in Viator, they must be mapped correctly in ExperienceBank.
  • Important: The start time must match exactly between your booking system and your Viator account for correct mapping.

4. Adding a New Option

  • If you introduce a new option for a product in Viator, you need to update it in ExperienceBank.

Example: Previously, you offered a Walking Tour, and now you’ve added a new option, Walking Tour with Lunch. In this case, you must download the CSV file and import it into ExperienceBank to map the new option.


By following these steps, you ensure your Viator products are correctly synced with ExperienceBank, keeping your offerings up to date and avoiding mismatches.
