How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on ExperienceBank

Securing your ExperienceBank account is crucial, and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection. This step-by-step guide will help you set up 2FA using Google Authenticator.
Step 1: Log in to ExperienceBank
Start by logging into your ExperienceBank account.
- Click here to open the ExperienceBank login page.
- Enter your credentials and Log In

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings Page
Once logged in:
- Click on the down arrow next to your display name in the top-right corner.
- A dropdown menu will appear—select Settings.
- In the Settings section, click on the Security tab.

Step 3: Download Google Authenticator
- If you haven’t already, download the Google Authenticator app from:
- Google Play Store (Android)
- App Store (iOS)
- Install the app on your smartphone.
Step 4: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
- In the Security tab on ExperienceBank, click on Set Up Two-Factor Authentication.
- A QR code will appear on your screen.

Step 5: Link Your Account with Google Authenticator
- Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
- Tap the + icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Scan QR Code and use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
- The app will generate a unique 6-digit authentication code linked to your ExperienceBank account.
Step 6: Complete the Setup
- Enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator into ExperienceBank to verify your setup.
- Click Confirm to enable 2FA

Note : Please store the following backup code screenshots safely. Each one allows you to login once.
Step 7: Test Your 2FA Login
- Log out of your ExperienceBank account and log back in.
- After entering your username and password, you’ll be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator.
- Open the app, retrieve the code, and enter it to access your account.
