Discover how ExperienceBank empowers you to take full control of your activity setup. This guide walks you through managing the visibility of Options, Ticket Categories, Guest Fields, and Add-ons, enabling seamless sharing and unsharing with OTAs.
Scenario
Imagine you want to disable a Ticket Category, Guest Field, Add-on, or Option for a specific Marketplace (OTA) without affecting others. Here are some examples:
- Hide a Ticket Category, such as “Student Discount,” for OTA 1 while keeping it available for others.
- Disable an Option, such as “10:00 AM Walking Tour,” for OTA 1 while sharing it with other OTAs.
- Exclude a Guest Field, like “Dietary Preferences,” for OTA 2 but keep it visible for OTA 3.
- Temporarily remove an Add-on, such as a photo package, for a particular OTA.
With this feature, you can manage these elements effortlessly. If requirements change, you can re-enable them with just a few clicks.
Step 1: Access the ExperienceBank Login Page
Begin by navigating to the ExperienceBank login page through this URL:
https://app.experiencebank.io/.

Step 2: Log In Using Your Supplier Contact Email ID
On the login page:
- Enter your supplier contact email ID.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password” to start the recovery process.
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the ExperienceBank dashboard. Cheers! 😃

Step 3: Navigate to the Marketplace (OTA)
From the dashboard:
- Use the Search bar at the top to find the desired Marketplace (OTA).
- When the OTA appears in the search results, click SETTINGS to open it.

Step 4. Navigate to the the Product (Activity)
In the Products page:
- Locate the product for which you want to manage elements such as Options, Ticket Categories, Guest Fields, or Add-ons.
- Click on the three dots next to the product to open the Details.
💡 Tip: If you have many products, use the Search bar to find your product quickly.

Step 5 Navigate to the Options
On the Product Details page:
- You’ll see sections for Options, Add-ons and Guest Fields.
- Click anywhere on the Option tab to expand the Options section. (I am clicking 9:00 AM, Walking Tour option)
The Options section is divided into two parts:
- Basic Info: Displays option details.
- Ticket Categories: Displays associated ticket categories.

Note: Options represent start times or variations of an activity. For example:
- Option 1: 10:00 AM Walking Tour with Food
- Option 2: 5:00 PM Walking Tour without Food
💡 Tip: If you have many Options, use the Search bar to quickly locate the one you need.
Step 6. Hiding and unhiding the Option
To Hide an Option:
- Navigate to the Option tab.
- Click the Hide Icon to hide the option.
Alternatively: Navigate to the Basic Info section of option. Click the three dots under Actions and select Hide to make the option unavailable for the OTA.
To Unhide an Option:
- Click the same Hide Icon to make the option available again.
Alternatively: Click the three dots under Actions and select Make Available.

Step 7. Hiding and unhiding the Ticket Categories
To Hide a Ticket Category:
- In the Options section, locate the Ticket Categories list.
- Click the Hide Icon next to the ticket category you want to hide.
Alternatively: Click the three dots under Actions for the desired category and select Hide to make it unavailable for the OTA.
To Unhide a Ticket Category:
- Click the same Hide Icon to make the ticket category available again.
Alternatively: Click the three dots under Actions and select Make Available.
