Does ExperienceBank support Custom Fields?

Answer - Yes, ExperienceBank supports custom fields but they are not mandatory and it is up to OTAs to use them or not. As not all OTAs support custom fields. Like Viator, Expedia and GYG do not support the custom fields.

ExperienceBank only provides Guest fields as a custom fields

Does ExperienceBank support Addons?

Answer - Yes, ExperienceBank supports Addons.

What are Addons?

Answer - Addons are anything that is attached to the main product.

For Example - 1. Walking Tour with Lunch, So Lunch can be the addon of the product.

2. Skydiving with photography, So Photography can be the addon of the product.

How Addons work in ExperienceBank?

Answer - Merchant needs to add the Addon on their Booking system and ExperienceBank receives it Via API and then ExperienceBank sends it to the OTAs via API. But it totally depends on the OTAs whether they use it or not.
