How to Check the Booking details – Supplier Level
Through this article, We will tell you how to stay updated about your bookings by using the Booking section of our ExperienceBank back-office.
- Login to ExperienceBank
- Open BOOKING page on ExperienceBank Backoffice
Step 1. Login to ExperienceBank
Click on this URL https://app.experiencebank.io/ to open the login page of ExperienceBank.
Now, use your supplier contact Email ID to login (In case, you forgot 🤔 the password, you can click on the Forgot password link to retrieve your password).
Note: – For the login email ID & password of ExperienceBank, you have to contact your booking system.
Step 2. Open Booking page on ExperienceBank back-office
After successful login, you will be redirected to the ExperienceBank dashboard. Then click on the BOOKINGS from the Menu.
Status of Bookings
DELIVERED
If the booking status is Delivered under the booking overview page of the ExperienceBank Back-office, that means the booking is committed and delivered to your booking system.
CANCELATION DELIVERED
If the booking status is Cancellation Delivered under the booking overview page of the ExperienceBank Back-office, the booking cancellation is delivered to your Booking Systems.
RESERVED
If the booking status is Reserved under the booking overview page of the ExperienceBank Back-office, that means Booking is reserved locally and needs to commit.
RESERVATION EXPIRED
If the booking status is Reservation Expired under the booking overview page of the ExperienceBank Back-office, that means the booking reservation is expired and reserved seats are freed.
Note:- It can happen because a guest didn’t complete the checkout process and left.
RESERVATION CANCELLED
If the booking status is Reservation Cancelled under the booking overview page of the ExperienceBank Back-office, that means Booking reservation is cancelled and reserved seats are freed.
